PILGRIM RETURNS

Here I share my approach to “Shepherd show me how to go…” "Pilgrim Returns” is a follow up to the recording “Pilgrim On Earth”. New compositions based on well-known hymns, written for a 28 piece orchestra. I’ll be posting updates each week on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays.

I share my dad’s favorite hymn. We carry our favorite hymns with us wherever we go. They are our friends and companions on life’s journey. They comfort us, especially when we need them the most.

My take on a melody (Hymn 97 CS Hymnal) which contrasts the lamenting in A minor, with the fruition in A major. Counter melody which I sing, is for french horn. Will be for 28 piece orchestra.
